Our customers are always asking about the wonderful olive oil we feature at the table at PRIMA. While Peter usually has several different finishing oils he uses in the kitchen, the workhorse around here is definitely the Sagra EVOO. Bottled in Italy from several different sources around the EU (mostly Italy), it’s a beautifully balanced, extremely flavorful oil usable both in the kitchen and for making dressings, dipping or just pouring on just about anything. Ice cream….hello?
Packaged in 3 liter cans, it’ll last a good long while if kept in a cool dark spot. Very highly recommended.
